There are two words which are look interchangeable
but are not – freelance job and freelance work. A freelance job is a long term
contract signed by the freelancer to continue the services till both the
parties agree. While, a freelance work is an independent contract between the
freelancer and an organization and is hired only for a particular time for a
particular project.
Whether a freelancer is doing a job or a work, in
both of the cases the client may require the professional to sign up a contract
or just verbally agree to the contract. The only difference is that a job has a
nature of being long term and a work has a nature of being specific on the

bound to receive the payments monthly or fortnightly, as the client and
